1 Introduction & Agreement

By accessing the mmr800 platform, browsing the website, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this website.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

To protect against fraud and ensure financial security, mmr800 may request identity documents such as a National Registration Card (NRC) from players. Withdrawals for players who do not complete this verification may be placed on hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at mmr800 are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). Available deposit and withdrawal methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

4.1 — Deposit Methods

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
• Deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to the player.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — if this occurs, funds and the account may be closed without prior notice.

4.2 — Withdrawal Methods

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals for players who have not completed KYC verification may be placed on hold at any time.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the minimum wagering requirement has been met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at mmr800 can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks.

Bonus examples (exact figures)—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Total balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement before withdrawal: 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks
• Deposit 180,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks (maximum) → Total balance 280,000 Ks → Wagering requirement before withdrawal: 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks

5.2 — Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, players must wager 15 times the bonus amount on the platform. Note that only your own non-bonus funds are subject to this wagering requirement.

5.3 — Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus may be claimed once only; multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• A bonus coupon is only considered valid when issued directly by the platform.
• If bonus abuse or hedging is detected, the bonus will be voided and further action may be taken.
• Promotions and bonuses may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

Players choose to play games on the platform such as Slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), football, Shan Koe Mee, and Crash Games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman) at their own decision, so mmr800 is not responsible for any money lost.

• We guarantee that all games are proven fair using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to technical issues such as network disconnection or server delays, mmr800's logs will be taken as the original result.
• Players agree that in any game, there is no way to predict the outcome of a real-money prize in advance.

7 Prohibited Actions

Players are prohibited from carrying out the following actions on the platform—

1. Money laundering or any fraudulent financial activities
2. Automating gameplay using bots, scripts, or AI tools
3. Playing only to withdraw funds without fully completing bonus wagering requirements
4. Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempting to damage the platform
5. A single player opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
6. Attempting to obtain bonuses using false registration details
7. Communications that harass or threaten other players
8. Reselling our services to third parties or operating them as a business

If any such actions are found, mmr800 reserves the right to freeze the player's funds and account and make a final decision on those funds.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

mmr800 may suspend a player's account either at the player's request or at our own discretion—

8.1 — Closure Requested by Player

If a player wants to close their own account, they can request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance at that time will be paid out in accordance with our policy.

8.2 — Closure by mmr800

mmr800 may close a player's account without prior notice and place any remaining balance on hold for the following reasons—

• A breach of these terms is found
• False information is provided
• There are signs of involvement in financial fraud
• Prohibited activities are detected

9 Limitation of Liability

mmr800 operates under a limitation of liability policy within the bounds of the law—

• mmr800 is not responsible for money lost as a result of a player's gameplay.
• If a player's account is affected by the actions of a third party (hackers, phishing), mmr800 will make a decision on the matter but will not bear full responsibility.
